Refund & Deferral Policy

  1. Cancellation Window
  • More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus P50 processing fee.
  • 15–30 days before event: 50% refund OR deferral to next year’s event.
  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund; deferral may be considered.
  • Event cancellation by organizer: Full refund or complimentary entry to rescheduled event.

2. Deferrals

  • One-time deferral allowed if requested at least 7 days before event.
  • Valid only for the same race category.
  • Future participation subject to any fee adjustments.

3. No Shows & Special Cases

  • No refunds or deferrals for no-shows unless backed by medical or legal documentation.
  • Consideration given for:
    • Medical emergencies
    • Bereavement
    • Official duty assignments

4. How to Request a Refund or Deferral

  • Submit a written request via email to info@kwisa.co.bw with supporting documents where applicable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 working days for requests to be processed.
